Suspense Filled Journey
Mark Taylor finds himself wrapped in another journey between dark and light in this second kiindle book in the series. Having regained his footing following his first adventure, Mark is gainfully self-employeed with his partner, Lily, in their photography business. As he continues to use his "gift," he attracts the attention of the media. This is certainly to his disadvantage as he sets out to solve the mystery of another dream.
McDonald's characters are well defined and pulled me into the story right from the beginning. There is no shortage of suspense here and the battle between good and evil is quite compelling. Both this kindle book and No Good Deed: Book One (The Mark Taylor Series), first kindle book in the series, have unusual plots which make for great reads! I recommend that you read the first kindle book before March Into Hell as they tie into one another so very well. Enjoy! I surely did!
Amazing Plot & Characters
I was lucky enough to get to read this kindle book as it was being written. Mary McDonald does an excellent job in the second kindle book to her Mark Taylor series. She paints a very vivid picture of Chicago and it is evident throughout the kindle book that she has done her homework.
The kindle book is gripping and action packed from the beginning. Mark Taylor finds himself at the mercy of the media when his "talent" is exploited and millions of eyes learn about what he is capable of doing. Her descriptions are so real that I literally felt that I was along side Taylor for the wild ride he endures, from ruthless cult leaders to crazy dreams that he has no control over. There were scenes in the story that literally made my spine tingle. The dialogue flowed well and the supporting characters helped accentuate Mark Taylor, a very solid character in this suspenseful and original story.
I recommend this kindle book, even if you have not read the first kindle book, No Good Deed, another action packed and intense story by Mary McDonald.
Intense page turner!
I was a beta reader for March Into Hell: Book Two (The Mark Taylor Series) and very happy I was picked! I have been NOT so patiently waiting for this kindle book since I finished No Good Deed: Book One (The Mark Taylor Series). March Into Hell captured my interest on page 1 and never let go! Mary McDonald is the ultimate story teller and her ability to bring her characters alive is truly amazing. This kindle book is intense, riveting and full of suspense. I loved it and cannot say enough good things about it!!! Well done Mary McDonald!!! What adventures do you have in store for Mark Taylor next?
