Boulter's book is a fantastic book that will surely give you not just great abs, but a fantastic overall physique. Read his dedication page first, it just gives you all the motivation to want to put your all into your workouts. What I really loved was that Boulter starts by telling you that he believes that a fabulous physique can be achieved without a high priced gym membership using just a few things, one of the major components of this book is bodyweight exercises. In addition, he uses free weights and a chin up bar. I like that Boulter is very honest, it isn't all about the workouts, it's your diet as well. It is very nice to read a section specifically targeted at women, to get them into strength training, this is great as most of these books are geared toward men. In the book, the exercises are detailed, there are pictures of every move whioch is particularly helpful. You will find everything in here from Burpees, to Turkish Get Ups to something I can't wait to try, pistol squats!! This is a great read, and I can't wait to put it to good use, after all, it's useless if I don't use it!!

This no nonsense approach is so refreshing!
I had previously been lured in to buying magazines and books based on empty promises. I hate to admit that I have fallen for the tag lines, "Lose a 24lbs in a month" and "get the beach body you have always wanted", and it has always resulted in an article padded out with useless information about how the program that is being sold will work for me and pictures of guys doing some flashy technique in the gym which they had obviously never used to build thier own phisique.
Simon Boulter shares his knowledge of fitness and health in an uncomprimising and honest way. Thanks for the help.

This is a great read if your looking to get healthy with out the chore of going to a gym. I have read this and traind with simon ( the author ) and it has really helped me n changed my life.
